LORD ALFRED DOUGLAS TO BE ARRESTED.

LONDON, March 7. Lord Alfred Douglas disobeyed the order of the Court for his appearance in pursuance of the decision in the criminal libel case in April. He wrote to the Recorder of the Old Bailey stating that he had gone to Paris, and did not intend to' appear. His bail of £SOO has been estreated, and a warrant issued for bis arrest.
