THE BANK OF NEW ZEALAND CABLE REPORT.
The sales have opened with strong competition, and a large attendance ot buvers. There is- an active demand by all branches of the trade. Total quantity of New Zealand wool available is 60.000 bales.
The market is strung for coarse crossbred. Prices are-id to Id per lb higher. The market is strong for medium and fine crossbred*. Prices are Id to lJ.d per lb higher.
