Tlecently the police seized Chidlev's rooms, and 1700 copies of his book, "The Answer." and copies of pictures and photo slides used in the production of the book. Chidley is charged with being the occupier of premises where indecent publications were found. He was con,victed and sentenced to two • months' which has been suspended* pending appeal under sureties of good behaviour for twelve months. The confiscation „of the books and pictures has been ordered.
