WELLINGTON V. SOUTHLAND. (United Pbess Association.) INVERCARGILL, Jan. 7. The inter-provincial cricket match, Wellington v. Southland, was continued to-day, the weather being windy and squally. The wicket was in favour of the bowlers. Wellington in the first innings made 125, and in the second 155. Southland in the first- innings made 97, and in the second had lost six wickets for 66 when stumps were drawn. The game was drawn.
