WEDNESDAY ASSOCIATION. A well-attended meeting of the abovo was held yesterday, Mr, J. Harris in the chair. The following officers were elected:—iPresidet, Mr J. Bockmann; VicePresidents, Messrs E. Opio, E. HounseH, T. Usher, S. Slinn, D. 'Cruchck, R. Bland, J. Johnston, Warren, Scarfe, SBolton, and E. Cresswell; Hon. Secretary, H. Canning. An Executive Committee- was formed as follows: J. Harris," A. Edwards, L. Dando, Johnson, Kingsland, and the .Secretary The prospects for the coming season are bright. Three club teams will take part.in the competitions, and there will be several outside games. Jtt was decided ■that owing to the teams fast year not being very representative of the trades named, to name the clubs in a different manner this year. 'lt was decided' to open the season on the 22nd of October.
