An argument arose over a dog, and Warren pulled Stanley out on the road and assaulted her. _ The jury returned a verdict in accordance ; with the mediical evidence: That death was due to heart, failure, caused by chronic alcoholic poisoning, death being accelerated-by ill-treatment. CHILD KILLED BY, DISC HARROW ." CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 9. Malcolm Burn Kerr, aged four years, the son of. Alan B. Kerr, a farmer, of Bennets, was accidentally killed yesterday while playing with a disc harrow. A disc fell on him, fatally crusliring him.
