ULBIER S PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT "A BLUNDER AND AN IMPOSSIBILITY." (Pbess Association. —Copyright.) LONDON, Sept. 26. The Belfast fund has reached £300,000. The Duke of Abercorn, Lord Lonsdale, Captain Craig, and Messrs George Preston, Flax, and Spicer, three members of the firm of Workman, Clark and Company, the shipbuilders, have subscribed £lo,ooo each, and Mr G. L. Moore, £SOOO to the fund. Mr J. M. Robertson, M.P., speaking at Newcastle, declared that- Sir Edward Carson's Provincial Government was an economic blunder and a practical impossibility. It wouldn't be able to work for a week. The British Post Office would cease all coirmunications with Sir Edward Carson's party, thus isolating Ulster and bringing its trade to a standstill.
