Dreadnoughts, carrying nine 15-inch guns, .to .be completed by 1917, when the battleship division . besides the above, will comprjsg.. five 21,500-ton ships, carrying 13 12-inch guns, and one 19,500-ton vessel carrying a dozen 12-inch guns.
