SHELLING OF SKUTAR!
A r-ROTEST AND' THE REPLY. (Rec. Nov. 6. 8.50 a.m.) CETTINJE, Nov. 5. The foreign Consuls protested to Prince Danilo against shells falling among peaceful Christians and Mohammedans at Skutari. The Crown Prince replied that the town was fortified, ana ireutral Duildings ought- to be marked with special flags. He concludes by. mentioning the misuse of the white flag, of ■which the Montenegrin soldiers were the victims.
