Britain demands delay wi'Cft the Panarra Canal Bill until Mr Bryce presents the British objections to the provisions of the measure. The Canal Bill will presently come before the Inter-Ocean Canal Committee of Congress. The nature of the British objections ig not disclosed,, but considerable excitement was caused in political circles when the Hews was announced.
