DANGER OF THE AIR EXAGGERATED. PARIS, March 11. The Aero Clu/b state thai the dangers of aviation are exaggerated, there being only one deat'h to every 100,000 kilo-' (m.'e.tre>s. Twelve thousand jaassengens were carried in France in 1911, compared -with 4800 in the previous year. There were 13.000 flights across country, aggregating 2,600,000 kilometres, compared with 500,000 in 1910. The aviators were 30,000 hours aloft compared with 8300 in the preceding year.
