FARMS SLOW OF SALE. (United Press Association.) TTMARU. Saturday: The major portion of Mr. A. E. El•worthy's Home Station estate of 3579 acres, divided into 14 farms of from iOO to 400 acres, was submitted at auo r i->'i yesterday. The sale room was crow led, but no sales were effected, only one cr two lots obtaining bids. The auctioneer stated that the farms must be sold, ii.d will soon go privately.
