DAIRYING IN CANTERBURY.
SUCCESS OF.- PASTEURISED" CREAM. ' (United Press Association.) OTIRISTCHDKCH, Sunday. At the annual meeting of the Central Dairy Company the directors' report stated that the balance- for the year, including the balance br-ought forwardfro'in the previous' year of £1521, amounted to £7357. The uisual 6 per cent, dividend and a bonus of -|d a lb. to suppliers were recommended. The shipments to London totalled/137 tons, and 694 tons- were oensum-ed in NewZealand. A portion of the butter exported to London- was made from pasteurised cream, and it had been so favourably reported on that the directors were arranging for the pasteurisation of the whole of their cream. The report was adonted.
