. SITTING AT NELSON". THE TAILORING AGREEMENT. The Arbitration Court sat at the Provincial Buildings this morning. | His Honor Mr Justice Sim presided, 1 and the assessors with him were "Messrs Scott and MeCulloch. An application was made to convert the tailors' agreement {come to before the Conciliation Commission) into an award. Mr T. Harford appeared for the master tailors, and Mr P. Muir (Wellington) for the Employees' Union, • The agreement, with some alterations, was made an award, as askefr for. THE PAINTERS' AWARD. The Painters' Union applied to have Messrs Bredbury and Bastin (Murchison) added to the list of employers. Mr F. Cullcn appeared for the Painters' Union. The application was granted. - This was all the business before the Court.
