The defendants worked their assistants on Wednesday. 31st- May. The anniversary" of the birthday of the King was on the Saturday of the same week, and defendants gave their assistants the holiday 011 that- day The question at- issue was whether in the circumstances defendants were guilty of a breach of the award.
