A boy scout named l " Rossiter swam out and rescued him. THE PARIS-LONDON RACE. WISE AVIATORS. DECLINING TO RISK THEIR LIVES. (Received Juno 26, 9.30 a.m.) BRUSSELS, Monday. 'Fourteen aviators at Utreclit wlio were competing in the Pa.ris to London' race •have protested to the Aero Club of Frame© against the Sporting Committee's order to proceed to Brussels in bad ' weather. The aviators refused to .risk their lives uselessly, and' aM went- to bed.
