Sir, —Are cyclists, allowed to ride their bicycles through the .-W.illow Walk? If you will kindly anc-wer this for me, 1 will be much obliged. : I remain, A LADY CYCLIST.
(As the Willow Walk is in the nature of a footbridge or a narrow path, presumably the .prohibition by by-law against cycling on footpaths and footbridges applies.-—Ed. X.E.M.).
