Alfred Walter Charles Laroche, owner of a newspaper, was brought before the Helensville Police Court and charged with having committed three breaches of the Printers' and Newspapers' Registration Act, 1908. - Ho was fined £lO and costs. The paper was unregistered, and did not carry an imprint.
