PRAIRIE FARMERS' NEEDS. A. GRAIN ROUTE TO HUDSON'S BAY. (Received Nov. 18, 8 a.m.) OTTAWA, Thursday. Disgusted at the apathy of the Dominion Government, farmers of the prairie provinces a-re organising a- fund to build a railway to Hudson's Bay, as the need of a grain route is imperative.
