(Received Nov. 18, 8 a.m.) CAPETOWN, Thurs. On the Duke of Connaught's arrival at Salisbury he drove to Government House, opening en route the new road which was christened the King's Way. Thereafter he was publicly welcomed at the Drill Hall.
