BEFUSAL OF ADMITTANCE. [United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, Wednes. Mr. Kettle, S.M., gave judgment today in the case Police v. Flewellyn, licensee of the Royal Hotel, who 'was charged with having refused admission to Henry Temple, a well-known, educated man. The Magistrate dismissed the case, holding that the licensee was justified in view of Temple's conduct when \ staying in the hotel on a previous occasion. (Delayed in transmission.)
