THE QUESTION OF ACCESS. The Works Committee of the City Council, in its report to the Council, made the following recommendations last night in connection with access to the Sands Reserve:— (a) That the public be not granted access from Golf Road, (b) -That a. £0~0 l»e o^eted alone^ the Parker's Rpad boundary of the reserve, (c) That an information be laid, against any nerson damaging Dy heavy wheeled traffic or otherwise the eyde track, fence, or any other part of the Reserve.
