CONCESSIONS TO NEW ZEALAND. [Pbess Association. — Copxbiobi.j MELBOUKNE, Wednesday. The Lawn Tenn*s Afsociatipn of Victoria decided to concede to NewZealand a separate council, independently of the Australasian Association, for tlm purpose of arranging and managing international -contests for the Davfjs Cup, to be played in Australia or New Zealand, the profits from these matches to be reserved exclusively for international teams purposes The claim of 'he New Zealand Association for equal representation with the six States of Australia on the suggested new council was not approved, hut it was agreed that the number of delegates should be on a proportional basis, calculated on the population of tho respective States and the Dominion.
