STOKE RIFLES. A competition was fir?d on the Stoke Range last Saturday for company prize money. The conditions were to have been 10 shots at 200 and 500, but owing to -drizling rain falling, only 7 shots were fired at 500 yards. The shooting at 2CO yards was very good, 44 being the lowest score mad?. Appended are the scores, 10 shots at 200, and 7 shots at 500 yards :—
