RECOVERY OF THE BODY. [United Pbesb Association.) NAPIER, Tuesday. The body of Mr. Richard P. Clarkson, Director of the Napier Technical School, who was drowned on Saturday afternooni was recovered from the surf this morning, terribly disfigured.
