' Pi.m-ll ; Delegates to the New Zealaud Rugby Union, L. Baseptt, and four others to be appointed lute. Mr W. Empson resigned the office of Patron. and he was unanimously elected a life member of the Union. A vote of thanks was accorded Mr J. ' Hyams, for 16 years' service as the j Wnnganui delegate to the New Zealand I'liimi, on his retirement from office. i - — _
