During the month of February the Talismans Consolidated crushed 3856 tons for a return of bullion valued at £17,038. The costs tor the month were 37s a ton, made up as follows : Mine development 8s lid, mining 13s 2d ; milling 13s ; general Is lid. The return is the highest for three months, also exceeding ihat for February, 1908 (£16,661 from 3638 tons). The total output from the mine to date is £1,031,867 13s Id, and the total dividends £273,750.
