The results of the second ballot elections (Nelson and with cartoons, etc., will be -displayed by the "Mail" at the building known as Hounsell's, Bridge-street, to-morrow evening, as on Tuesday last. T.he public are requested to keep the same good order which was maintained on. Tuesday evening last. The ! weather, though cloudy, may keep fair, as the glass is steady.
