The, eydence was heard in respect of - a .claim. f for .-£3OO compensation brought against "the Wellington District Hospital Board by Harry Wil-' cox, generally known, as Harry Roach, a farm labourer, employed at the Otaki Sanatorium. The accident leading to the injury caused, it was stated, total incapacity for seven' months, and was alleged to have taken place on or about the 4th March, 1908, in a heart .strain caused by lifting heavy stumps, and- over-exertion. The Conrt reserved its decision.
