TO-DAY'S CABLES.
AN OVER-LADEN VESSEL. (Received September 11, 8.20 a.m.) LONDON, Thursday. The Board of Trade inquiry into the loss ,of the tug Belmore, while on a vovaee from Sydnßy, ■• found that she was overladen when she left port. The / Board said that the Plimsoll mark was submerged' and< that the vessel's stabiiitv was insufficient.
