The captain and part of the crew are 6tanding by. An attempt to tug off failed, but will be renewed to-night. The «»jr Hilda, at onft.time engaged in the New Zealand trade, timber laden, is ashore at Wreck Bay, and is possibly a total wreck. The crew is safe.
