PREPARATIONS AT AUCKLAND. [United Pbess Association.] AUCKLAND, Friday. There is already c noticeable influx of visitors into the city, as can be seen by the crowded state of Queenstreet every afternoon. Fresh arrivab are pouring in every day. The shops have a distinct flavour of fleet festivities, and the street vendors announce with loud voices and persistence the "latest American fleet novelties." The various schemes of decorations 6eem to be well forward in the their preparations, and all day several private decorations were being put up. ,
