DUNEDIN, Tuesday. Owing to some statements alinged to have been made by W. C. Pitches during some bankruptcy proceedings, the Otago Land Board ro-dnv decided to require Pitches to appear on March 10th to show cause why his ease of a grazing run should not b.declared forfeited. It is alleged that tho statements, made were crtrary to the declaration digued b" Pitches when he took up tho run. '
