[UN*i.jD Press Association.] j WELLINGTON, Tuesday. ; What counsel described as a case without parallel was brought before Dr Dr McArthur, S.M., for decision. The plaintiff was a young unmarried woman whose ilegitimate child had been maintained by the father for a number of years in a home. Somo time ago the father of the child married another woman, who bore him a child, which died. Armed with a removal warrant the wife went to the home and took away her husband's illegitimate child. The mother sued for the recovery of the child from tho possession of its father. The case was adjourned for a week. . j
