The conjugal rights restitution short cut to divorce again eamo under the lash of Mr Justice Denniston when deailng with a "failure to comply" case i to-day. "All you have to do," he said I to the petitioning counsel," is to prove that the farce has been regularly gono through, and that each side has regularly performed its share of the farce."
