It ■ncludes thxes milkiug machine planto in full operation. 11l conjunction with the show, the annual Dairymen's Convention will be held to-morrow at 10 o'clock, and the annual meeting of the National Dairy Association (North Island) begins in the evening. The annual meeting -f the New Zealand Factory Butter and Cheese Makers' Association will also be held, followed by the reading of a pvize-essay on "Butter-making in New Zealand." Wednesday will be occupied by reading a number of papers of interest to dairymen, while at noon the same day Mr McNab, Minister of Agriculture, will deliver an address on ihe testing of dairy herds. This will be the first occasion of any Minister addressing such a gathering on such a subject in the history of the colony. On Thursday numerous addresses to country school scholars on various subjects will be given by officers oi the Department of Agriculture. mi l Later. The butter and cheese awards as far as available last night were: — Factory butter, two boxes, export: Rewa, 94; Warea, 93£. The following tied: Bunny, Glenoroua, Hawke's Bay, Mahahu, Mills, Rata, Ranghvahia, WaiUca, 93 each. Factory butter, from bulk : Rangitikci, 94 points; Waitara, 935; Midhirst, 93. Tha winner gets a gold medal and a challenge cup, valued at 25 guineas. Novice class, .2 boxes, export: Glenoroua, 94; Warea, 93| ; Mahahu, 93. Cheese, three cases, full cream, ched-dar-shaped: Waikouaiti, 1; Edendale, 2. Three cases do, white: Taratahi, 1; \\ aikouaiti, 2; two-failing (?) cheese: Taratahi, 1; Edendale, 2 Dalefield, 3. Waikouaiti and Taratahi tied, for the challenge cup of 25 guineas. Other cesults are not obtainable
