FUETHER ARRESTS. (Received Jan. 27, 8.50 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, Jan 26. The police have arrested several members of the Terrorist organisation at St. Petersburg and seized documents showing that they intended to kill Count de Witte with a bomb. Large sugar refiners at Kief have dismissed thousands of workmen" holding advanced opinions.
