Amongst the other attractions of the day will be private picnics and excursions bnt in the city itself will be provided the Kinematograph in Buttle's bnildines Trafalgar : street. 8 ' Qn the 28th inst (Wednesday evening) there will be a pastoral pjay in Maitai House grounds in aid of the Nelson Lawn Tennis Club. Shakespeare's " Midsummer Night's Dream" will be performed and there will also be skirt and fairy dances, preoeded-by Haydn's "Toy Symphony." On New Year's Day the Nelson A.A.A and CC. sporfa will be held in TrafaW Park. " The annual pienjp of the ReobabitQS will be held ar Snowden's bush, Bright water, on New Year's Day. Members who jntepd to go, should leave their names with Mr Father's by Monday nest,
