The Sultan " Surprised" and Jealous.
A Scare in Constantinople Suburbs. Conbtawxikople. September 17, The Sultan is surprised at what he calls " tbo bliod rage " of the English newspapers over the Armenian atrocities, and denies that ho is misusing the Armenians. On the other hand, he retorts that many Moslems have Bought refuge in Turkey to escape ill-usage by Christians. < Fearing that an attempt! was about to ba made to crown his younger brother, the Sultan has suddenly replaced the Albanian Zouave Guard at the Yildiz Palace, The acoidential breaking of a quantity of glass caused a terrible panio in Galata j and Fera, suburbs of Constantinople, Every shop was shut up and the houses were barrioaded, fearing a dynmite explosion.
