[United Press Association.] LONDON, September 16. - TheßuSßlan, French, and Toriisb Am-, bassadura here have had an interview with Lord Salisbury on the subject of the atrooities by Tnrka on Armenians. September 17. Sir Charles Dilke considers that the fleet and army are weak to the highest degree) and- that it wbnld be dangerous for England to intervene alone in Turkey.
