Appointment of a Liquidator, [United Press Association. I 1 Dunedin, This Day. Before Mr Justice Williams to-day, Mr Hoskins moved for the appointment of Mr William R. Cook as official liquidator of tho Ward Farmers' ABBociation. No other nomination being made, the Judge sanctioned tho appointment. Mr Chapman announced that a project was in view for tho reconatruction of the Company with the object of saving the liquidation from becoming disastrous to the shareholders.
