[United Press Association.] London, Juno 27. A hundred and ten were present at the Queensland dinner. Sir J. F. Garriok, who presided, said that the colony was determined to retrieve past errors, and was practising economy and thrift. He approved the development of its resouroes, especially tho activity on its goldfields, and the export of its dairy produoe. The success of the recent loan showed that England had Bgain taken the colonies into confidence. .Ho believed that Queensland would be the firat to return to a sound prosperous finanoial condition. Queensland frozen beef would not displace Homegrown, but ought to largely replaoe Continental and American imports.
