Colonial Produce Distribution.

London, June 27. The Colonial Produce Distribution Company's prospectus will shortly be issued witb £300,000 oapital, in 225,000 ordinary, and 75,000 6 per cent, cumulative shares ; also 100,01)0 4j per cent debentures. Producers will have a share in a large proportion of surplus profits, and will also be represented on the Board. Mr Nelson will be largely interested in the Company.
