A great linish, there being only a head between the placed horses. Nursery Handicap— Spruce 1, Black and Red 2, St John 3. Time lmin 191 sees. Dividend £6 10s. Wellington Cap — Maltaki 1, Lady Zetland 2, North Atlantic 3. AH started. Itosefeldt, Anus, Westmelo made play at the start, and led for 6 furlongs w'lien Mahaki and Zetland joined the leaders and led into the straight. There North Atlantic made «n effort, but could not get to Mahaki, lip winning by a half a length, the same distance being between tho second and third horses.
