Floods at Brisbane.
[United Press Association.] Brisbane, This Day. Heavy rains have fallen here and in the surroundfng country. The Upper Brisbane Biver is flooded, and the low-Jyin parts of the town are submerged. Six inches fell in the last two Jdays, but no serious effects are anticipated.
