Stock Conference.
[United Press Association.] Brisbank, This Day. At the conference of Cliief Inspectors of Stock it was resolved to obtain official information from California as to whether swine fever, hog cholera, or other infections or contagious diseases exist there. This action is taken in consequence of a desire of Naw South Wales breeders to import swine from California, because the pigs of that State are said to be of high quality for bacon purposes The conference decided to reduce the term of quarantine for cattle and sheep from sixty to thirty days, provided no maligant disease exist in Great Britain,
