Auckland, October 20. At tbe adjourned meeting of the Auckland Racing Club aa to the death of Buckley, after takiog evidence tbe following resolution waß oarried :— " Tbat the Committee tf the Auckland Racing Olub haviog carefully considered the evidence resolves tbat the trainer, Adorn 0. Buyers, deserves censure for using the pteepleclase course without having first obtained permission from the proper person appointed by the Club for granting such permit sion."
