Christchorch, November 26. The Diocesan Choral Associations' annual festival was held to-day, when sixteen oity and suburban church choirs, comprising 400 voices, assembled at the afternoon and evening services, whioh were full choral. A sermon was preaohed in the evening by Bishop Julius. A large proportion of the wool offered today was sold at prioes ruling as under :— Greasy halfbred, Bfd to 9f d ; crossbred 8d to 9Jd ; long wool, 7d to 7J ; merino, 5Jd to 7£d ; pieces, 4Jd to 6Jd ; looks, 2d to 3|d.
