H.M.S. Boomerang.
Sydney, This Day. The court martial in connection with the acoident to H.M.S. Boomerang fouad that Duuo, leading stoker, was in a oertain dedegree to blame, and has reduoed his rank. Both Gowder, chief engine-room artificer, who was also reduoed in rank, and Dunn will appeal to the Admiralty against the finding of the Court.
