A Parmenter v, 0. C, Howard (Piobon).— Claim for £5 for suit of clothes supplied. Judgment for amouat olaimed and costs 17s 6d. ilr Pitt appeared for the plaintiff. John 0. A. Lange and F. L. Sigglekow v. Thomas Birkett. Claim for one ohaffoutter flO, one horse £17, ohain 10s; total £27 103. MrHarley appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Kingdon for the defendant. Judgment for amount olaimed and costs k'i 14a.
